Tara brings a huge range of experience to the team, having worked with everyone from cycling enthusiasts to professional athletes. During her time in the industry, Tara has guided the nutrition journey for officers serving in the Australian Defence Force, state teams including Hockey QLD, Water Polo QLD, Judo QLD and Rowing QLD, as well as helping individuals achieve extraordinary results in endurance sports.
An active person herself, Tara competes in long-distance road and trail bicycle races. This means Tara understands the determination and effort that goes into training, and how accurate nutrition science can translate into enhanced performance.
